Betamore, dubbed by its founders as a "campus for technology and entrepreneurship", is a nonprofit organization located in Baltimore's Federal Hill neighborhood that provides classes in the technology and business fields to local Baltimore innovators. Since it opened its doors in January of 2013, Betamore has produced over 730 hours of education on topics in tech and business, and doesn't appear to be stopping any time soon — its mission is to provide a career-focused education to the growing public community of leaders, and that's exactly what the company is doing.
In addition to the classes and other educational workshops and courses offered, Betamore also serves as a startup incubator with co-working space, providing offices and other administrative resources to various local startups and companies in the Baltimore area — including CyberPoint! Just recently, CyberPoint hosted a Speaker Series event at Betamore, where Royal Australian Air Force lawyer and squadron leader Emma Lovett spoke on international law and cyberspace. The event was just one of many that have graced the Betamore office space, and we look forward to working more with Betamore for future events.
We are very proud to be partners with an organization as innovative as Betamore. We've always seen the entrepreneurial spirit and technological potential that the Baltimore community has — in fact, CyberPoint experienced it firsthand not too long ago — and Betamore's commitment to stimulating such growth is something that we will always support.
